Stop folder redirection using group policy

We have a folder redirection group policy that redirects user's documents to a network share. For some reason, one group's pics, music and videos are on the server. I want to push the folders back to the user's computers instead of being on the server. To test the redirection back to the computers, i set the following options for the pictures redirection:

Target tab
Setting: "Basic - Redirect everyone's folder to the same location"
Target location: "Redirect to the local user profile location"

Settings tab
Grant the user exclusive rights to documents = True
Move the contents to the new location = True
Redirect the folder back to the local user profile..." =True

With the above options set, logging off and back on do not change the redirection of the pictures folder. I also tried a gpupdate /force + reboot but it still did not apply the settings. Not configured says it will not change anything. Will i have to move the files manually on every computer back to the local computer?

Using Server2008r2 and W7clients.
