AD Sites and Services replication failing

Single domain forest. 1 Corp office with 3 remote offices setup I have inherited. All of the domain controllers were in a single site in Active Directory Sites and Services and each of the respective subnets were in the site as well. I created new sites for each office then moved the appropriate domain controller to its site. The new sites replicated to all domain controllers correctly. I noticed that each subnet was still part of the original site. I reassigned the subnet to the appropriate site and then AD replication began to fail. On the server I originally made the changes I have put all servers back into the original site and assigned the subnets back to the original site as well. I now have some inconsistencies between domain controllers and their site settings. Can I manually move the affected servers back to the original site and force replication to get AD back in sync?
