We are using Exclaimer Signature Manager to deploy a corporate signature to our users. Every user has received it except one. With one user, the following error is given:
An error occured updating Outlook signatures and/or settings. The error 'Unknown error 0x80005000' (0x80005000) was reported during the operation 'Binding to the required user (LDAP://)'. Some or all of the changes have failed. Recommendation: No information is available on how to recover from this error.
I'm not sure if this is an error with the user's AD record or if it is a software issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
